At Great Smiles Orthodontics, we realize that your retainers are critical to the continued success of your new smile, so we always warranty them as an included item in your overall orthodontic investment. The adjustment and management visits for the retainers are are always included in the original contract.
Under this original warranty, no retainers will be replaced as a result of damage or loss from carelessness or abuse on the part of the patient, parents or others. In those cases, the patient and/or the responsible party will be responsible for the cost.
The orthodontist will be the sole judge of these defects and any breakage that is a result of defects.

If accepted at the start of your orthodontic journey, the enrollment cost can be added to your payment plan. If not accepted at the beginning of your treatment, $680 would be due at once.
Please be aware that neither the Retainer Replacement Program itself, nor any of your co-payments are covered by dental or orthodontic insurance.
